Law is a system of rules created and enforced through social or governmental institutions to regulate behavior, with its precise definition a matter of longstanding debate. It is described as a science and the art of justice. In India, the Law of the Land is also the Ruler of the Land, hence also termed as 'The Rule of Law'. We have two formats namely "Connect with the Mentor" and "Shadow the Mentor", to connect the Rotaractors with the Mentors(Rotarians) from various classifications of your Choice and Passion.

Connect with the Mentor
Great to interact with the Mentor from the Classification you are passionate, to advance your thoughts towards success.

- Applying: Select your Classification.
- Review: Our team will Verify the Rotaractor's identity.
- Review: Our team will review the application.
- Mathcing: Our team will coordinate and finalise the Mentorship Session
- / Connect: Gather Knowledge and insights in an 1:1 or AMA session (60 mins to 120 mins).
- Feedback: Share your feedbak to help us improve RotaSambandh.
Format 2
Shadow the Mentor
Spend a day in the life of the Mentor in the Classification of you choice. Gain insights on the realworld industry experience.

- Review: Our team will Verify the Rotaractor's identity.
- Review: Our team will review the application.
- Mathcing: Our team will coordinate and finalise the Mentorship Session
- Shadow: Travel a day in the life of the Mentor to gather realworld industry experience.

Navigate to classification of your choice and select the mentor of your preferrence in the application form.
What is the duration of the mentorship?
Currently, we are woking with two formats ie. "Connect with the Mentor" and "Shadow the Mentor", more details can be found in the overview. Post matching the Mentor(Rotarian) and Mentee(Rotaractor) are recommended to continue the Mentor-Mentee relationship.
Can I connect with my mentor after the mentorship?
Yes, we highly encourage and recommend the Rotaractor(Mentee) to stay connected to the Rotarian(Mentor) to receive much needed and valuable guidance.
